If you have asthma then be careful about the finishing products used on your new floor. Your contractor or salesperson should be educated about these products and able to give you some advice. Hardwood floors remain the best type of floor for those who suffer from allergies or asthma. The types of finish you want are those with a low volatile organic compound level. It is a good idea to vacate the house while floors are being treated, and then ventilate the house for a few days after that.
Typically, the wedding altar should be the focal point of the event. One great option for decorating the altar would be to include an overhead structure. If your outdoor location has a small gazebo, this can serve your purpose well. A good alternative might be a wedding arbor or pergola, because they are relatively inexpensive and add a lot of visual punch to the altar decoration. If you prefer a backdrop to an overhead structure, consider potted trees, urns of flowers, or possibly a row of free-standing patio trellises covered in flowers or greenery. If possible, try to select decorations that can be used later in your new home's yard or garden. These fixtures will become very special to you over the years and will serve as a memento of your wedding day.
Many times the worker can use an existing door and just attach the poly door to it. A time saver is to make a poly door that is reusable. First, cut a piece to fit over a standard size door. The measurement of the poly should be 38" X 84". Cut the upside down "T" and covering dust flap. Now, apply duct tape around the perimeter and fold over the edges making a "picture frame" around the edge. Duct tape the flap over the "T". The masking tape to attach the poly to the casings can be removed and applied over and over without tearing the poly. At the end of the job, just roll it up for the next project. The reusable door should be able to be installed in 2 or 3 minutes vs. taking 10 to 15 minutes to make a new one every time.
Although white suits are not required by the EPA mandate, they are nice to protect the worker from bringing home the dust after work. Putting on a white suit and removing it after leaving containment is far faster than vacuuming off all the workers clothing, but there are some things to consider.
